Better managing religious diversity in school environments

14/03/2016
Thanks to a long-lasting collaboration with CEJI – A Jewish Contribution To An Inclusive Europe, EPTO facilitates in March 2016 three 2-day workshops with teachers about “how to better understand and manage cultural and religious diversity in the classroom”.
Proposed as part of the teachers' lifelong learning, the workshops take successively place in Mons, Huy and Arlon (Belgium). Adapted from quality pedagogical programmes “A Classroom Of DifferenceTM” and “BelieforamaTM”, they aim at raising awareness on identity and cultural/religious diversity, and at equipping teachers with a series of tools to address stereotypes and prejudices and create inclusive environments in school contexts.
