The Institute of Clinical Sexology and Psychotherapy ISCPT
The Institute of Clinical Sexology and Psychotherapy (ISCPT) is a NGO founded in 2016 by a multidisciplinary team of specialists in the field of sexology, psychotherapy, psychiatry, pedagogy, media and law. By our actions we intend to support, develop and promote sexology and psychotherapy as a science and as a profession and increasing professionalism of practitioners in these areas . The Institute is dedicated to the study and practice of psychotherapy aimed to provide in this respect a number of opportunities for personal and professional development. With our approach we want to support young professionals working in areas such as sexology, psychiatry, psychotherapy, clinical psychology and pedagogy. Our association aims to create a diverse community, affiliated professional who value education and lifelong learning activities, mentoring and volunteering. The Institute encourages the lifelong education and aims at providing a high quality knowledge transfer to the younger generation as well as experts in these fields at different levels of experience, also for young people under 30. Activities: Initiating and carrying out, as initiator or partner, projects that align to the mission of the association. Supporting members through information on legislation related to the pursuit of activities of the association. Encourageing communication and scientific exchanges nationally and internationally in the areas of interest by organizing workshops, seminars and training courses focused on peer training, anti-discrimination, professional and personal developement by using informal educational methods.
