Please welcome, Mythea, our new intern!

Mythea is a university student from the United States where she studies Political Science and Business at the University of Rochester in Upstate NY. She is a study abroad student with Educational Programmes Abroad and during her time in Brussels she is taking classes at Vesalius College (part of VUB) and interning at EPTO for one term. 

At the University of Rochester, she sings with Trebellious A Capella and works in the Admissions Office. This past summer, she interned with the advocacy department at the Center for Disability Rights in Rochester where she assisted in creating advocacy materials for the department and helped plan the annual Americans with Disabilities Act Gala. After obtaining her degree she hopes to work in development or advocacy for a socially-conscious NGO. She is very excited to be working with the staff at EPTO. She is also excited to support the PeaceJam project and learn more about the day-to-day functions of an NGO.
