The first training of the “Peers for Equality” project is taking place from April 19th to 26th in Arad, Romania. “Peers for Equality” is a new European project funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission coordinated by Ofensiva Tinerilor (Romania) in partnership with Y-PEER Kyrgyzstan and EPTO, which aims at tackling gender-based discrimination through peer training. 20 youth from Kyrgyzstan, Romania and Belgium will experience new methods and approaches to reduce gender-based discrimination and take action later on in their communities.
